24-hour crisis hotline serving Baltimore City staffed by trained counselors who provide mental health crisis intervention and mobile crisis teams.

Note: the Baltimore Crisis, Info & Referral Line will refer all calls to the police if called after 11 PM.

Baltimore Community Mediation Center


Provides community mediation services for inter-personal or neighborhood disputes.

Restorative Response Baltimore


Provides spaces and practices that serve as an alternative to the criminal justice system.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline



Substance Abuse & Harm Reduction Resources

Tuerk House


Provides respite care for those under the influence of alcohol or opiate drugs and inpatient detoxification for those suffering from withdrawal.

Offers free Naxolone training.

TurnAround is committed to trauma-informed care for all survivors of sexual violence, intimate partner violence, and human trafficking.

Resources for People Experiencing Homelessness

Baltimore Outreach Services


Offers emergency shelter for single women and women with children, 17 and younger. Offers case management, meals, laundry facility, showers, and mail services to residents staying at the shelter.

Weinberg Housing and Resource Center

Provides emergency shelter to adult men and women 18 and older. Clients can access showers, and outreach services.

Beans & Bread Day Resource Center


Offers meals, clothing distribution, healthcare, showers, laundry, employment services, shelter referral and more.
